About this Scientific Article

Benefit from the experience of surgeons from the Hand Surgery Service of INTO (National Institute of Traumatology and Orthopaedics, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) using a low profile, dorsal, circular locking plate (APTUS Four Corner Fusion Plate) when performing a four-corner arthrodesis of the wrist. This study reports on the consolidation rates and postoperative complications in a group of 45 patients who were treated with this plate using the same surgical technique for symptomatic wrist arthrosis.
