About the Webinar

In this first video in a three part series on upper limb trauma the IBRA training centers Wrightington hospital, UK (fellowship director Adam Watts and faculty Andrew Wright) and Guy`s and St Thomas Hospital, London, UK (fellowship director Lorenzo Garagnani and faculty William James White and Arash Afshapad) present four interesting cases on elbow surgery. They share the cases and discuss how each of them would manage them so that you can learn something about different perspectives on managing difficult trauma scenarios of the elbow. The four cases presented are:

  • A delayed olecranon fracture five months after injury
  • An elbow fracture dislocation
  • A paediatric patient with fishtail deformity of the elbow and known avascular necrosis of both hip joints
  • A Monteggia fracture dislocation with additional radial head and coronoid fracture
