In this second module of a 15-part series, you will learn more about OMFS emergencies and their primary treatment and about dental trauma. In the first part of the video, surgical options for airway management (continuation of module 1), two clinical conditions from the spectrum of vision threatening injuries (orbital compartment syndrome, "white-eyed blowout fracture") and options for mandibulo-maxillary fixation are presented. In the second part of the video you will learn about the epidemiology of dental trauma, current guidelines regarding primary dentition, secondary dentition, fractures/luxation and avulsions.
